This golden tea is in North of Vietnam from tree that around 300 years old. These area just clean environment with natural purifying air. 1300m above sea level. The mist that cover that area brought a unique aroma of its own tea where it is bitter sour but yet sweet.
*the color is more yellowish like golden yet a hint of green.
* One of the most expensive tea that people around the world love. It has a long history.
* Necessary steps: make sure water is boiling hot at 90 C or 194 F to 95 C or 203 F (not 100 degree)
* First hot water rinse through the tea once (not steeping just rinse through that would remove any dust and any musty flavor away (pour hot water into the tea pot with tea and pour that out right the way). 2nd: Then pour the hot water in the tea pot with the tea again, this time let it steeps and absorb in the tea for a few minutes. Then you have some great tea.
